Both GameCube games getting Wii controls and a budget price next year. By Kris Pigna, 11/01/2008
The document shows both titles listed, but gives no specific release dates for either one. In Japan, Pikmin is launching on December 25, with Donkey Kong Jungle Beat launching before it on December 11, with both costing roughly $35. Oddly, Donkey Kong Jungle Beat isn't listed on this document at all, indicating a U.S. release doesn't seem to be coming any time soon.
Also missing from this document? Disaster: Day of Crisis, the Wii game that was finally recently released in Japan, Europe, and Australia after disappearing from any kind of public showing for years. The game actually received fairly positive reviews overseas, so it's hard to say why Nintendo wouldn't have a U.S. release planned. Then again, this document surely doesn't represent all of Nintendo's planned releases in 2009, so who knows what could happen down the line.
