Crystal Dynamics has a posted a senior art director position for "one of the most prestigious AAA franchises in the industry" on the Gamasutra job board. They're looking for an "exception talent to bring onto the team and continue the long tradition of visually stunning and award winning titles from Crystal Dynamics."

The posting suggests that Crystal Dynamics is rebuilding their team somewhat following the lukewarm reception to Tomb Raider Underworld and the subsequent layoffs. It also appears that work on the next Tomb Raider has already begun.

In case you think you have the necessary skills for the job, required experience includes seven years prior industry experience, and having shipped a minimum of two games as an art director.
