When Fallout 3's downloadable content was first announced, most of the excitement revolved around the level cap boost that was coming with Broken Steel. But even though players can now make it up to level 30, it seems a few want more. They shouldn't expect another level cap bump anytime soon though.

"I know from the outside this seems like a fairly simple proposition, but doing this could unbalance the game in a variety of ways," producer Jeff Gardiner told MTV Multiplayer.

"We're very happy that people enjoy Fallout 3 so much that they want to keep playing it, and I?m sure we?ll look into addressing these concerns in future games."

In other words, don't expect another level cap increase anytime soon, and certainly don't expect with the upcoming Mothership Zeta DLC. For the hardcore Fallout 3 players out there, it seems level 30 is as good as it gets for now.

Mothership Zeta is currently slated for August 3. PlayStation 3 owners, meanwhile, will get their first taste of the Fallout 3 DLC in September.
