What do I do  If  a product I got from kindbridge is damaged?
What do I do if  the product I bought from Kindbridge is loss?

For high value orders, we recommend you purchase shipping insurance to guard against loss and damages during the transport .

All items are carefully packed and addressed for export delivery. Should items become damage or lost during the transport process, Kindbridge shall not be liable.

Please inspect all packages carefully upon receipt.

Please keep all packaging materials, including interior and exterior containers.

Please do not return damaged merchandise. the shipper may request to see the condition of the package as it arrived at the delivery site.

Immediately notify shipper’s customer service, you can find the contact information at their website.

Kindbridge shall claim to shipper as assistance.
